Title:

Lean in the Back Office & Lean Accounting
How to take the next steps in your Lean implementation/how to engage your entire organization on “the road to Lean”
Presentation Abstract:

How do Companies’ expand their Lean deployment to include the back-office operations of Finance, H/R, I/T and Procurement? How can they institute standardized work across multiple sites, languages, currencies, ERP’s, and other unique requirements of a global organization? The elimination of inefficiencies through the deployment of Lean is tantamount to improved efficiency, performance and profitability for an organization and can be accomplished by elimination of waste/muda, replacement of non value-added work with value-added work and establishment and sharing of best practices.
