 Transitioning lean thinking from a shop floor tool to managing strategy for the entire supply chain sounds like a great idea. But where would you start? This presentation will focus on simple effective steps which anyone can undertake to begin the transformation. BHI is a marketing services and technology provider to the US home building industry, formed by 37 of the nation’s largest homebuilders. BHI’s founding members build nearly 30% of all single-family homes sold in the US.
