Title:

From Loss to Profit
How we used Lean to turn a failing business into a thriving success
Presentation Abstract:

Hanging on the brink of bankruptcy, this company was able to turn around a dire situation in less than two years using the tools of Lean. Obstacles such as unions and a primary Spanish speaking workforce along with a stodgy management team that was skeptical of radical change stood in the way of the miraculous turn around. Learn how this company set out on a journey to establish a strategic plan using the tools of Lean to turn the company around and eventually led to Kyle and his family to take control of the company.
